The Echelon Project: Phase III - The Blood Tide

The film was intended to be a claustrophobic horror-thriller. It would have followed the fallout of the OAC's Seal breaking, as a virulent strain of raw Chaos Magick, dubbed the "Blood Tide," begins infecting the mundane population through the city’s ancient water infrastructure. Lester and a cynical OAC clean-up crew are trapped underground, racing to find the origin point—an ancient, forgotten Blood Altar—before the magical contamination reaches the surface and triggers a global panic, ending the "Great Lie" that magic doesn't exist.
