Lianne La Havas is a British singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from London. Born in 1989 as Lianne Charlotte Barnes, she grew up in a musical family and was exposed to a variety of musical genres at an early age. She began writing music at the age of 11 and eventually self-released two EPs before signing with Warner Music Group in 2011. Her debut studio album Is Your Love Big Enough? was released in 2012 to critical acclaim and commercial success. The album was nominated for the Mercury Prize in the UK and earned her an Ivor Novello Award for Best Contemporary Song for 'Lost & Found'.
