Michael Petrovitch
Michael Petrovitch was born in 1945 in Chelsea, London, England as Michael Edward Petrovitch. He was an actor, known for Spy Story (1976), Turkey Shoot (1982) and The Zoo Gang (1974). He was married to Diana McLean. He died on March 28, 1999 in Spain. Studied cello at the Royal Academy of Music. Michael went on to release a single under the name Miko, just his voice and cello, which became something of a cult hit. His manager at that time was Mike Margolis who was also Anita Harris' manager and, later, husband. He was educated at Harrow School where a contemporary was the singer/songwriter Mike d'Abo (A Band of Angels and Manfred Mann). Then he studied acting at The Central School of Speech and Drama in London. His parents were Eileen W. Hunter and Dr Milorad Petrovich. They had married in 1941. Milorad died in Surrey in 1977 (d.o.b. given as 1899). He is listed on the electoral roll for Kensington in the 1950s.
