Santiago Korovsky (February 26, 1985, Buenos Aires) is an Argentine actor, director, screenwriter and teacher. He studied Communication and Image and Sound Design at the UBA (University of Buenos Aires). In 2012, he made "Salir a escena", a documentary about the struggle of two women admitted to a Neuropsychiatric Hospital to overcome their fears and take charge of their lives again, which received the Award for Best Film, Best Director and Best Script in the Fusagasugá International Festival, (Colombia), the Best Documentary Award at Potlatch University Documentary Festival (Mexico), the First Prize at the XIV Documentary Film and Video Festival of Rosario (Argentina), the First Prize for the theme "Disability" at the Voces Contra el Silencio Festival (Mexico), First Prize in the Audiovisual Production Schools category at the Latin American Festival of Rosario (Argentina), and Second Prize at the National Documentary Competition, from the Ministry of Education of the Argentine Nation. In 2023, the series "División Palermo" premiered on Netflix, which he directed, wrote and starred in.
