Operation Z: To Destroy Japan

Japan's debt is over 1,000 trillion yen and Japan is in a financial crisis. Japan was facing a crisis of bankruptcy due to the rush to install an insurance company that boasts the top share. Deputy Prime Minister Ejima (Masao Kusagiri) became the Prime Minister when he survived this crisis by his own initiative. At the inaugural press conference, Ejima declares that it will burden the people for financial reconstruction. Then, four elite bureaucrats such as Suo (Junpei Mizobata) of the Ministry of Finance and Nakakoji (Maryjun Takahashi) are called to announce a reckless mission.
